Barak Obama’s full name is Barak Hussein obama II. He was born August 1, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii. He is bi-racial, his father is from Kenya and his mother is from American, and is White. His parents divorced when he was two years old, when his father returned to Kenya.
He graduated from Harvard Law School, and also taught college at the University of Chicago Law School. He entered politics and was elected as Senator of Illinois in 2004. He is running for President in 2008 and is the first African-American to be nominated by the Democratic Party to run for President.
