Well actually each teacher can decide if they would like to use the "video" as a teaching tool, so it’s really not required…but yes it is a BIG secret….wow I mean it took me three seconds on google to find the portal that anyone can use to watch it live…

As for what the "video" is about (it’s actually I live webcast), you can find that info there too.

AS IF the president would do something bad to school kids, AS IF the principals and teachers across the country would allow it, and AS IF a man who is a great father to two school-aged children would do anything at all that would be harmful to kids.

As others has stated here, it is no secret video. If the parents don’t want their child to watch it they can keep their child home from school that day.
I would have to think long and hard about letting my child see it. But, that is just my opinion.
It could turn out to be a great learning process and of course it is propaganda but no more so than what is being taught in our public Government run schools today.
